Wir sehen uns im Sommer wieder!
Ihr habt Lust euch mal wieder auszupowern? Ihr wollt Spaß und Teamgeist in einer Mannschaftssportart? Die Mainstream-Sportarten wie Fußball und Volleyball sind euch zu ausgelutscht? Probiert es mit Faustball, einer der dynamischsten Rückschlagsportarten der Welt! Angriffsschläge mit bis zu 130km/h, trickreiche Varianten sowie spektakuläre Abwehrreaktionen prägen diesen Sport.
Beim Faustball stehen sich zwei Mannschaften, bestehend aus jeweils fünf Personen, auf zwei Halbfeldern gegenüber, ähnlich wie beim Volleyball. Ziel ist es, den Ball über ein Band in 2 m Höhe mit dem Arm oder der Faust so unerreichbar wie möglich für die andere Mannschaft zu spielen.
Im Gegensatz zum Volleyball darf der Ball zwischen den Ballberührungen den Boden berühren, dafür ist das Feld auch größer - gespielt wird nämlich im Handballfeld. Faustball kombiniert besonders Aktion, Dynamik, Koordination und Spannung!
Wann: Immer im Sommersemester mittwochs um 17:00 Uhr für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene !

You feel like working out again? You want fun and team spirit in a team sport? Are you tired of mainstream sports like soccer and volleyball? Try fistball, one of the most dynamic backstroke sports in the world! Attacking shots with up to 130km/h, tricky variations as well as spectacular defensive reactions characterize this sport.
In fistball, two teams, each consisting of five people, face each other on two half-fields, similar to volleyball. The goal is to pass the ball over a tape at a height of 2 m with the arm or fist as out of reach as possible for the other team.
In contrast to volleyball, the ball is allowed to touch the ground between touches, but the field is larger - it is played in a handball court. Fistball especially combines action, dynamics, coordination and excitement!
When: Always in the summer semester on Wednesdays at 17:00 for beginners and advanced !
